Candid Moments Photo (3/3) - Do I really have to give an introduction about him? I don't think so. In Bengali Cinema he is one of the pillars among many other actors from the past till the present. Though his name is @prosenstar - Prosenjit Chatterjee many of the people in the film industry call him by his nickname i.e. Bumba Da. The interesting fact about this photograph is it doesn't have anything to say but I must describe how this particular frame was captured. This event was shot in Priya Cinema Hall Kolkata and there was a film premiere show going on and I was assigned as the in-house photographer. During this event, I took the frame of many celebrities and some of them I took it as much as I can. But Prosenjit Chatterjee's frame is a single shot. It's true that wherever people have a glimpse of him they all start behaving madly in excitement. The same thing happened on that day after watching the premier show he came out and just to avoid the crowd he ran quickly to the stairs. I followed him and my camera was following his eyes. I just said, "Dada just one frame for the show and I have to submit the images to the event managers." How wonderful a human being he is I noticed him on that day, a call came during that time he paused it and looked at me. I am nothing yes nothing but the way he supported me on that day I will never forget. He looked at me for just a second or rather 1/160 second and I clicked it. Just one frame and I have it and this frame will always be my favourite as I have captured one of the pillars in Bengali Cinema. The father (Arindam Ganguly left side of the frame) and son (Aditya Sengupta right side of the frame) did have a certain moment that is visible in this frame. Arindam Ganguly is a director, actor, singer and an excellent person who always has a smiling face and those who have seen his film 'Hangsaraj' and how wonderfully he acted in that movie. His son Aditya Sengupta made his debut in 'Projapoti Biskut,' he loves to read Shakespeare that can be seen through his acting. Both of them are really doing some excellent original stories in Bengali Cinema and interestingly both of them is an actor and director. Hope to see some more excellent work created by them. This photograph was captured in my lens and it froze the moment which three of us shared it during a particular conversation.
