Building body awareness of what your yes and no are and where the line is for you. Exploring what is caring for you. What areas of your life you'd like to work with. Tools to take away to practise and get confident expressing and upholding your boundaries - whether that is with yourself, a partner, friends, family, children or work. Tools to take away to start feeling calmer and more able to take up the space you need to express yourself the way you'd like. You can't set boundaries if you don't know what yours are. Years ago, I thought a boundary only existed once it was crossed. I was fine, till I wasn't. I didn't know I didn't really want to do something till I was doing it. By learning to listen to myself, my body's signals and learn about boundaries and get more in tune with my values and what was caring for me, have I embraced boundaries as vital and kind acts. So many people come to me not knowing what they want or need or how to start being aware of what boundaries they want to uphold. With simple embodiment tools and exploration you can be empowered to work out your answers and the confidence to express them.
