✨Sparkly Fates✨ So this is the look I did this morning - had a meeting with one of the lovely ladies at the @empirebeautynh admissions office, Jess, who was so kind, funny, sweet and helped me get officially enrolled into school again. Thank you so much Jess!!! I’m seriously so freaking excited ❤️ ✨ So in New Hampshire, you can only become a makeup artist if you take Empire’s esthetician course WITH makeup, it’s like the middle tier. The class below, with less hours, doesn’t include makeup; the other is esthetics with makeup but also lash extensions, it’s longer than the class I’ll be in. (plus I never want to do lash extensions lol. Nope, anxiety is wayyy too high 😂 I’ll stick to esthetics & makeup only)! There’s only two locations for this school in NH though, and no other schools will get you properly certified. I had been in an online makeup course so I dropped out when I learned this. And I guess I lucked out, because even though I never wanted to move to Hooksett, it kind of feels like fate in a way. My school is not even five minutes away, but the other school in Laconia is far. & I saw they don’t offer the class I need to take! So thank god I moved here lol, we actually almost ended up over an hour away up north. I would’ve been screwed! But yeah, I really cannot wait to start up again. A photo of me in the scrubs I tried on & one of me holding up my new t-shirt towards the end of my slides! ✨ On this endeavor, I decided to wear some cool toned neutral mattes (it was too early to think, neutrals are the default) and then I wore a combo of TM Helix Nebula on the outer to center eyes with @seekingshifts x @shinebysdcosmetics Fog Bow tapped over that shade, also on the inner lid and inner corner. 🥂Rosé Posies💖 Nathalie @sminkberoende wore a glitter brow so I wore a glitter brow ✨ Omg, this is not something I’ve really tried before aside from whatever sparkles get in my brows when I’ve worn glittery highlighters up on my brow bone lol, but this was so fun to try! I mixed my @dualismbeauty Prism Dusts holographic glitter in with a dot of the NYX glitter glue & @stilacosmetics Diamond Dust liquid shadow together on the back of my hand, brushed through my brows with a spoolie. I like how they turned out! I would definitely try this again. Thank you Nathalie, you’re amazing! You always inspire me to try new fun makeup things ❤️✨ : Also, I started this look when the babes Vivi (vgkmakeup, won’t let me tag her) & @luran.pans were livestreaming together earlier! It was so fun to hang with them as they got ready, they both created such pretty makeup looks! We were talking NYE plans at one point, I told them I think I’m going to have rosé tonight but I’m not actually going anywhere, & since my look has a rosy undertone the title fits lol. I always enjoy when people in this community do their makeup together on live, it’s so fun to see & even more fun to interact with other people who just freaking love makeup. You two are so cute & I loved getting to know more about you! Hope you both enjoy your NYE 🎉❤️ : My eyeshadow is all over the place. I started with a warm brown transition shade in the @jcatbeauty TNB palette, then used a variety of browns from my @colourpopcosmetics Sorbet quad & Rock Candy palette, & used a sparkly black sequin shade in the outer corner. I used the shade Get The Schist, a mid tone dark taupe satin all over my eyes. Then I put @terra_moonscosmetics Mocha Twilight just next to the black and topped the satin brown with Terrestrial, the main lid shade you’re seeing. It’s just a bit grungier with the darker base. I can still see the rosy tint & the blue, gold & green reflects though! also wearing @maccosmetics So Me liquid lip w/ balm over it! ✨ Hope you all have a wonderful New Year’s Eve but PLEASE be safe & responsible tonight & get home safely, esp if you’re going out partying &/or drinking. Today's look with my #HumanSamuraiPalette came out so cohesively, I almost didn't have to think about it! Friends! Coming at you again with a spicy neutral eye, this time featuring my most-coveted shade, which I finally bought during the @terra_moonscosmetics sale: Milky Way! As I have no macro lens, there is nothing about these pictures that does the glorious, fiery-cool sparkle of this any justice. Fortunately, it has been sweeping the Insta Indie scene, so I'm sure that if you look it up you'll find three bags full of gorgeous close-ups.
