Had to go to a new vet today and she told mom that I need knee surgery. AGAIN!! Folks, this will be my 3rd! Mom says I’m breaking the bank, but i dunno what that means. I just know they want to put me under and surgery sucks. TPLO surgery to fix a shoddy surgery I had last time on that knee in 2017. 😫
Welp, hit a bit of a speed bump in life right now that’s quite painful. No one knows what I did to my leg, not even my personal doctor (she’s been my doctor since my first ACL tore in 2017, then there for my second surgery in 2018 as well). First thought was that I damaged the repairs from last injuries but X-rays aren’t showing that’s true. Mom thinks that it’s just been too long since we paid the vets salary and so I’m doing my part to keep her employed. My screams tell momma that’s not true because I can’t fake this kind of pain. I’m on a bunch of medicine and we are hopeful that it will heal. However, I may need to get a specialist involved if it doesn’t get better soon because OUCH. And, I think the cat is tryin to steal my food while I can’t chase her. That sneaky cat is definitely taking advantage of my injury, I just know it. I don’t even want cuddles right now it hurts too much 😭
