O’ Canada! You are the 🍎 of my eye! 😍 . Canada is really impressing me at Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival this year! 🥘🍷 . They have transformed the O’ Canada attraction into the Appleseed Orchard with several different sampling’s of syrups, ciders and other tasty drinks & treats! 🍎 . We tried the Frozen Apple Pie (non-alcoholic) which is essentially an apple cider slushy with a streusel topping and apple pie bottom. $4.00 and would rate it 7/10! Very good but also very sweet! . The food booth at the Canada Pavilion has some of the best food too! 🇨🇦 . Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup-Served with a delicious pretzel roll 10/10 ($5.25) 🥨 . “Le Cellier” Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon- Served with a truffle-butter sauce. 9/10 ($8.25)🥩 . While the portions are definitely smaller than you would normally find at the restaurants, I was full by the end of it! I’ll be dreaming of that soup until I have the chance to get it again! . . The Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple is a 20 minute stage show located inside of Disney’s Hollywood Studios that your child can participate in and it’s AWESOME! . I was under the impression from anyone that has done this in the past, that you have to make a mad dash to sign up when the park first opens. This wasn’t the case for us at all. We were there on a Thursday and maybe we just lucked out but I didn’t even check to see if there was any availability until 11am. They had plenty of spots available! Woohoo! . Things to note: •This is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. (Don’t be like Hayley and wait. 😉). Sign-Ups are to the left of Indiana Jones. •Children must be 4-12 years of age to participate. (Ellie wasn’t happy about this. 😆) •You will be given an arrival time for your show. Don’t be late! They have special cast members training the kids during this time. •Disney PhotoPass photographers will be taking photos of each child’s battle. You will be given a card and then can link your photos! Special shoutout to @disneyphotopass for these great photos! •If your child is terrified of the Dark Side then this probably isn’t the show to participate in. 😬 . They were even gifted a special pin upon completion and a bottle of water. 😁😅 .
