My schnoz is still in my @good.dog.beds luxurious blanket. It’s about to storm with snow here in Taos, NM and I’m not prepared for this. It’s been so warm and sunny and suddenly is mucho frio for this frijoles 🫘 Ma is heading to town to stock up on propane and groceries so she can stay hunkered down with us. Propane keeps us warm so it’s our most valuable commodity. Well, and dog and cat food.🐕🐈⬛ Did you know we have a cat now? She’s really pretty but kinda lorg and I’m nervous of her. We named her Swish because her tail goes swish swish all the time. She’s an outside cat who catches a lot of mice for us and our neighbors 🐭 Swish keeps warm in a rabbit hutch full of straw and loves being outside. She does try to come in but brother @vinneythewhippet wants to eat her plus Ma is allergic so it’s all good for Swish to stay outside. She’s healthy, happy, comfy, and as safe as possible. We really love her 💞 Another piece of news is that Ma founded an organization called @taoshoundunderground that takes in puppies and dogs who need a safe and comfy place to stay because they were abandoned, left wandering, or strays for another reason. Give them a follow on IG+FB. You can see Bear, Elliott, and Jackson in my photos. They’re all in need of a new home. We don’t get to play with them because they are usually in quarantine during the vetting process and @ryderthewhippet has a compromised immune system plus I’m a senior and don’t need to be around puppies and their germs and antics🤪 Back to beeswax!
