FIERCE STAND and WILD IDEAS.. . @donnamariaartistry and I spotted this stunning location and I really wanted a picture there. •PROBLEM? Of course there was a problem! A huge big black fence in front of it that I DID NOT WANT it in my pictures, it would have ruined the whole antique nature vibe. •SOLUTION ? just climb over it! And so I did.. right? Satisfied with my self I did jump off and successfully got the pictures I envisioned. HOWEVER I GOT STUCK THERE! The floor was uneven, much higher on the other side so impossible to jump over again. Especially barefoot (as usual).. took a while to figure it out but I ended up jumping on poor Donna’s shoulders and set myself free again. All this with a huge audience happily watching and laughing. Moral of the story? . No matter how hard it is to achieve what you want just go for it guys, you will find a way. Every problem comes with a solution and a lesson, some harder to find than others but you just have to have faith that it will always be ok in the end.
. Walking on water.. because I felt like it! (Swipe for #bts) . As she let go of her need for approval, she stepped into the person she was meant to be. -spirit daughter . Easy right? No, It’s not as easy as it sounds. We are brought up to follow rules and seek approval from our family, society, teachers, friends .. since the very start of our life. We are conditioned to push aside and silence the real us to please those around us. Most of us don’t even realise it as we are so accustomed to making sure people don’t disapprove, until we fall into darkness and are forced to face our demons. We all have an in built compass to show us what is right and what is wrong. We don’t need to always seek confirmation and approval. I often have to talk to myself and set this reminder: ‘ if something feels right I should just go for it, nobody knows you better than yourself!’ 📸 @niotwift
The most BEAUTIFUL thing in the world? THE WORLD ITSELF! Living in London and having a busy life often makes me forget how stunning the Earth is. . A little tip to be happier in life is to take notice of the beauty that surrounds us, the things we take for granted. Take time to notice the trees , the sky, the sun, the flowers, the animals, the sea ...It’s so simple but we often forget it. . When my anxiety starts kicking in I just take my car and drive to explore different locations. The more I surround myself with nature the more FREE I truly feel..from the inside, it’s so difficult to describe. I notice how I start singing, skipping, smiling more and laughing..it’s like being in nature always touches a part of my soul in ways that nothing else does.
