We tried this product for 9 weeks, but unfortunately there's not much to show for it. 😶 It definitely did improve breath, but we didn't notice much else. So if you've got a fruit and veggie fan then snacking your way to a cooler temp can be a good way to go. Frozen peas, blueberries, frozen apple slices or even melon are enjoyable ways to cool off and hydrate.
