Gutted I can’t run in the famous #racethetrain at the @talyllynrailway #tywyn and try to retain my title. Work and now injury have got in the way. Such a great race and day set out by the organisers, the town and @welshathletics .

Definitely a race anyone must try! Welsh weather, Welsh hills, Welsh fields and Welsh fun! A brutal run and the face in pic 1 en route to the finish line says it all! 😤 But the finish line smiles were amazing! .
