4 Chicken Breasts
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Ground Coriander
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Jar Tomato Sauce
1/2 Yellow Pepper (Sliced)
1/2 Green Pepper (Sliced)
1/2 Red Pepper (Sliced)
1/2 Red Onion (Sliced)
1/2 Lime (Juiced)
1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar
👩🍳PREPARATION👨🍳
1. Preheat the oven to 400F/200C.
2. Prepare a fajita seasoning by combining the paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, ground coriander, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking tray, and coat in the seasoning.
4. Pour the tomato sauce over, then place the sliced veg on top.
5. Squeeze over the lime, and then sprinkle over the grated cheddar.
6. Serve and enjoy 🌱😋
