I did warn you that a parade of salads would come through BUT hear me out, this spot is worthy of your visit. I’ve been here probably over 8 times and it has never waivered on flavour, quality, or amazing ingredients.

Though I do love vegetables, not all places treat them with the respect they deserve. @veghed_bar it gives you bold Thai inspired flavours that just happens to be a super affordable vegetarian, vegan, or mostly vegetable dish.

I love their Muy Thai Box with their large variety of crunchy vegetables, spices, fresh herbs, and even a tempered heat… add a fresh duck egg on top, and you’re good. My other favourites include their salads and soups too. Best of all, the service. There’s a lot of love that comes out of the kitchen and you feel it each time.

Honest question… do you think salads are dull? I know some people think salads are boooor-ring. A caesar salad does make me sad. But when you have a lot of textures, crunch, and visual pop like the candy cane beets here, it makes a gorgeous dish. .
