Slow controlled movement is the goal especially on the concentric portion. The band will try to yank you back fast so controlling it is key as you pick your hand up off the mat. Challenge yourself with a more difficult band if necessary.
Next step is to do this in a full plank π or, in leopard crawl position. You can also do this with the band around ankles moving a foot in and out keeping pelvis stable. Play and have fun!
