Sleep got me feeling anabolic πŸ“ˆπŸ“ˆπŸ“ˆ<br /><br />Strength is at the point where I can casually hit training totals in the 1500s for reps. <br /><br />Ever since nailing down my sleep a few weeks ago I have definitely been feeling the strongest and most recovered in training that I have ever felt. <br /><br />Sleep has always been my major downfall. I've averaged around 5-6 hours of sleep for literally years.
