Easy Kielbasa Skillet Dinner
Quick and Simple Easy Kielbasa Skillet Dinner
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 pound smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add sliced kielbasa sausage to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in minced garlic, paprika, thyme, and oregano. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir until heated through.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
