"Coaches don't need context in order to be effective"
👉 Some coaches believe that if they have learned HOW to coach, they can coach anyone regardless of circumstance. For the most part, I don’t agree. I think it helps for a coach to understand where their client is coming from so they know what challenges they face and can empathically ask more powerful questions based upon their understanding for the clients situation.
