Life hasn’t been easy for me lately. Losing my soul dog was like losing a part of my soul and my life will be forever changed. The heartache was unbearable at times and I know grief takes over. In honor of our rescue Patch, we are fostering another pittie (which is how we got our boy) This is Auggie (August) you can find him on Greenville County Animal Care website listed as Tate. He is a wonderful dog. He doesn’t leave my side and is my protector. I almost feel like he knows I’m struggling with sorrow. We don’t know all of Auggie’s story but he came in the shelter with a broken leg and tail. His left leg had to be amputated. He gets around really well and has adjusted to the change. He is potty trained with lots of potty breaks, crate trained, loves kids and people, does good with dogs after a slow introduction, loves to snuggle, and does great on a leash. Auggie is 5 months old so he has puppy energy and is mouthy. I am working on his manners.
