Italian Drunken Noodles<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />- 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine noodles<br />- 2 tablespoons olive oil<br />- 4 cloves garlic, minced<br />- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced<br />- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced<br />- 1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced<br />- 1 onion, thinly sliced<br />- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved<br />- 1/4 cup white wine<br />- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth<br />- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped<br />- Salt and pepper, to taste<br />- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)<br /><br />Directions:<br /><br />1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.<br />2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
