Creamy shrimp Pasta<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />500g fettuccine pasta<br />2 tablespoons olive oil<br />400g shrimp , shelled and deveined<br />3 garlic cloves, minced<br />1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)<br />1 cup heavy cream<br />1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese<br />1 tablespoon parsley, chopped<br />Salt and pepper to taste<br />Lemon wedges, to serve<br />Directions:<br /><br />Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
