Strength Workout
This workout consisted of 3 exercise per muscle group - so here is a few clips from the fun length workout.
I like to use my timer for my workouts - this is because I can talk to you about your form and give words of encouragement and motivation rather than concentrating on counting reps. We did 50/10 seconds per exercise - I don’t like too long a rest unless we are doing the same exercise again.
