Week 2 day 5 full body ☑️💪🏽 I decided to go heavy today on the weights and my shoulders are now finished 😂 I’m jealous of everyone who has already finished the challenge, I’ve left my least fav workout until last and I’m going to have to do it tomorrow. Woohoo!!! Week 2 of OG challenge completed!! I did full body last night as my legs were still in bits from the 2 leg workouts on Thursday!! I absolutely loved the boxing & upper body workout then finish off with the leg sculpt I nearly gave up at the beginning as my leg were soo aching but soo glad I didn’t it was sooo sweaty and had sweat in my eyes from them hip thrusts at the end 💪 I don’t know how I’ve managed to do back to back workouts throughout these last 2 weeks, they’ve been soo tough but I’m definitely a warrior and feel much stronger thanks to @courtneydblack @courtneyblackapp #legworkout #boxing #fullbodyworkout #trainedbycb #cbappogchallenge #courtneyblackapp
