A little Thursday motivation 💪 👉🏼I will work out after this event. 👉🏼I will start eating healthier after the next holiday because I don’t want to miss out on any food. 👉🏼When I start my next program, I’ll get my nutrition in line. 👉🏼I love food, and I never want to cut anything out of my diet. 👉🏼We are just too busy this time of year, and I have no time. 👉🏼My family won’t get on board with healthy eating, and I don’t want to make them separate meals. 👉 Just too expensive (yet you can buy that $100 purse and get your nails done weekly😏) . Alllll things I’ve totally said myself or heard from clients. . When you want something, you will ABSOLUTELY find a way to make it happen. When you don’t, you’ll find an excuse. . I have found this to be true in every aspect of my life! Do I always want to get up to work out at 4:30 AM? Heck no! Cutting out sugar has never been easy for me because I have a serious sweet tooth🤷‍♀️. Drinking 100 oz of water was a challenge in the beginning. But the “little” choices make me feel so good and healthy. Sacrifices in the beginning. But oh, so very worth it! And the cool thing is that it gets easier and easier...and becomes habit. Then it’s actually harder NOT to do them. . Every day we get to CHOOSE. Make no mistake that it is always a choice. You will never ever regret investing in yourself and your health. Take a step forward today. Not everyone will always understand, some may question you or even try to sabotage your efforts. They don’t have to understand. We’re not doing it for them. The BEST thing I’ve done for my progress lately is having 3 workout programs on rotation. I dunno if it’s an ADHD thing, but it has 10x'ed my consistency. My main program right now is Dig Deeper, but on the days it feels intimidating, I’ll do MM100. Then on my lower energy days, I do Barre Blend. It has been SO HELPFUL for my motivation to not have to force myself to do a workout I’m not feelin. I’m still making progress physically and it’s so much more fun this way! I can't even pretend to be shocked. But a 10 pound gain in a month is pretty bad. I'm disappointed in myself. The health issues I'm dealing with really took a toll on my mental health. Also, getting a new diagnosis was hard to deal with. I'm unpacking a lot of trauma in therapy, which is bringing up things I've suppressed for years. I haven't been meditating either. I have to learn how to handle life without turning to food. 𝗔 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗲…⁣ ⁣ 10 years ago I started working out at home doing BODi (formerly Beachbody) workouts. ⁣ ⁣ I joined this group of women online doing the same thing. We just checked in on each other daily and supported each other. ⁣ ⁣ I loved it. For the first time in a long time I felt good about working out. I had previously joined gyms, had personal trainers, took classes and nothing ever stuck. This stuck!⁣ ⁣ So exactly 10 years ago today I decided to start my own group and started posting about it on Facebook. ⁣ ⁣ I had no idea what I was doing! 𝗡𝗼𝗻𝗲!⁣ ⁣ But I loved the idea of helping other busy moms find even just 30 minutes a day for themselves. ⁣ ⁣ I learned all about social media, ⁣ how to take a proper 🤳 , ⁣ I eventually got certified to teach group fitness classes, ⁣ got my personal training certification ⁣ and here I am 10 years later. ⁣ ⁣ Still having no idea what I’m doing most of the time! 😂⁣ ⁣ Still helping other busy women find time for themselves and their health. ⁣ ⁣ 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁.

Strength Workout ⁣ ⁣ This workout consisted of 3 exercise per muscle group - so here is a few clips from the fun length workout. ⁣ ⁣ I like to use my timer for my workouts - this is because I can talk to you about your form and give words of encouragement and motivation rather than concentrating on counting reps.
