Wie Heilung nach unserer Vorstellung aussehen soll vs. (swipe➡️) wie sie tatsächlich aussieht. Manchmal kam ich mir vor wie eine Heuchlerin. Da berate und begleite ich Menschen eine lange Zeit auf ihrem Heilungsweg und bin selbst erstmal total lost, wenn es mich trifft. ,,Entspann dich. Oft verschlimmert es sich erst, bevor es besser wird." Oder... ,,Schau auf dein Leben. Was passt nicht? Dein Körper versucht dir was zu sagen." So und ähnlich habe ich Menschen lange beruhigt, wenn ihre Symptome auf ihrem Weg schlimmer anstatt besser wurden. Und ich bin auch immer noch der Überzeugung, dass die Worte vollkommen richtig sind bzw. ihre Bedeutung. Denn Heilung bedeutet teilweise, alte Scheiße fressen und fühlen. Und so sieht man dann oft auch aus. Mich hat es dann nach langer Zeit des bewussten und gesunden Lebens, so richtig getroffen. Und ich bin innerlich nach einiger Zeit eskaliert. Ich habe mich mit meinen eigenen Ratschlägen beruhigt, nur wirklich geglaubt habe ich sie mir nicht. Das ist mir so richtig erst im Nachhinein bewusst geworden. Ich habe gespürt, dass mein Körper mir irgendwas sagten will und dass seine Botschaft, eine Ehrlichkeit und Konsequenz meinerseits erfordert. Die neben anderen Symptomen haben die Ausschläge im Gesicht, die nicht mehr weggehen sondern nur noch schlimmer werden wollten, mir signalisiert, dass ich mich mit etwas nicht mehr wohl in meiner Haut fühlte. Ich habe mich viel zulange vor einem Schritt gedrückt. Davor gedrückt eine Situation zu verlassen, in der ich mir unecht, gefangen und auch heuchlerisch vorkam. Als ich diesen Schritt der Veränderung endlich gegangen bin, haben sich die Ausschläge rasant zurückgebildet und meine Haut (neben anderen Symptomen) konnte sich beruhigen. Und ich......Ich kann jetzt wieder in den Spiegel gucken. The AC family, Coach Donald and Yvonne and all of my friends and racers and staff of @mdslegendary in Sahara!! 👏🏻👏🏻 . . . <長文慎入> 兩個 對於傷者嚟講 好逼的時間點 ⏱️CP 2 2:10 close 2:09 入閘 一個無盡嘅石山，究竟幾時先見到Check Point? 最後 2KM 要跑入閘 得番少於 20 mins 覺得冇乜可能會追到，行都痛，更何況跑。 (喺呢20 mins 裏面，穿越好多內心對話) ⏱️CP 3 5:30 close 5:28 入閘 喺 4:50 同 Grace 對錶講 仲有 2KM 快行趕到，隔咗 5分鐘Official “藍色人“ 喺 4:55同你講距離 Check Point 仲有 ard 3.5km-4km，我個刻即時「吓」 之後我同 Grace 講， “ 你跑啦，唔使理我！ 💭喺呢 35 mins 裏面，又有好多內心對話，我同自己講... 🤓 其實我已經好盡力，完成唔到都問心無愧 ！(當刻 Grace 已經跑咗上前面) 🤓 隻腳已經劇痛，可能真係要比佢休息吓，下次再玩啦！(當刻每一步一陣痛：每一步都流著淚，內心好掙扎好不甘心) 🤓 可能係整定留個遺憾呢，等我下次再番嚟！ 就係呢一秒，我同自己深度對話， 35 mins 好快過，不如試跑 10 秒 行 10 秒啦！就喺 5:28 趕得切！ 唔敢休息，就即刻行，知道多 10KM 之後就可以喺 CP4 有番多啲時間休息！ 其實都唔敢休息太耐，因為有追CP恐懼症，怕自己錯過，所以有四個鐘休息時間，淨係小休半個鐘就走。 夜晚摸黑上路，有 carrie carry 住，用佢個 Pacing 4.5km/h 行，其實我跟得好吃力，加上 Grace 唔訓會冇電，我更加要擔當！行沙嘅 7-8 KM 係地獄！因為我隻腳成日就力已經好多水泡喺腳底，每一下都痛入心！ 不過我唔可以頹，要救番起放緊負嘅 Grace。 CP5-6 順利達陣，由於Mag+Grace真係要訓先行到，咁我就煮下野食，令大家可以回魂！(其實我内心充滿恐懼，我驚我唔夠時間過關) CP6-7 同自己講，休息完要好好狀態，一個睇落 2KM 嘅鹽湖，要行 > 7KM，無風暴曬，此時此刻，美國🇺🇸嘅代表行過送咗粒好好食嘅軟糖！唔使咁低士氣！ 過咗 CP7 其實只不過係最後10KM，但係呢10KM神奇地長，原來以為有充足時間完成，但隻腳好似唔太聽我話！ 💭行到最後 2KM，我好想放棄， 我真係行唔到喇 😭😭 就算行到，我隻腳痛到咁， Day 05 嘅 42KM 都未必搞得掂！ 不如剪帶啦 ......... 最後，嗰 2KM 用咗 一個鐘 先完成！ 駱駝嘅陪伴，MDS staff 喺最後嘅瘋狂打氣跳舞，終點嘅各國 Racers 嘅鼓勵同支持！ 我就知道，呢個痛 - 是值得的！ 值得你哋相信我完成得到！ 而打後嗰幾日啲 Stage 點部署， 當刻會想「瞓醒再算！」 痛在當下 那就活在當下！ PS: im thankful to have dr @armand.pcm & Ele 後記: 呢七日好似過咗七年咁 超過 100 次想放棄嘅念頭 但原因，一個已經很足夠！👊 🧡多謝你睇到呢度，若果你有時好疑惑自己， 唔知終點幾時先到，希望你繼續相信你自己， 你的目的地，會喺你願意堅持到最後才會出現！ #Stage03 #內心掙扎數百次 #公司冇逼我跑馬拉松 #FWD #ACT #MDS252KM #Morocco #Sahara #38th #TheCrewAdventure #GoCrazy #BeTheChange #GetTheDreamDone #BeTrue #BeYou Be @ZillionCrew 🌊 #FasunDiary #love #life #yolo #passion #motivation #dedication #bethesunshine #hkig #like4likes #like4follow #2024
