The last coach you’ll ever need! Everything within my coaching is geared around becoming the last coach you’ll ever need. It’s a big claim, isn’t it? But that’s what I’m striving for. I see many people struggling. Not struggling because they don’t want to get in shape or not trying. They struggle because they’re confused. Meat is bad. Just eat vegetables. Vegetables are bad. Just eat meat. High-intensity exercise is the only way to get results. No, wait, slow and steady exercise is the best way. Stop the bus! I knew that if I was going to combine every facet of my 20+ years of coaching knowledge into a system to give you the skills and tools to take away the confusion forever, it couldn’t be complicated, based on any fads and had to optimise for one thing. Fun, enjoyment and flexibility of lifestyle across many areas of your life. Because that’s how you do it. That is how you lose weight, fall back in love with training, and find the old you with an approach that makes staying healthy and in great shape year-round a reality.  Not with another diet and a long list of rules. Or by doing HIIT vs slow and steady. Next week, I’ll be opening the doors to this new service. I can’t wait to share what I’ve been working on with you next week.

Don't forget that there are TWO parts to improving your health and fitness: 1.) Putting your body under stress through training 2.) Recovery and adaptation Recovery is not just a "thing you do," like taking a cold plunge or stretching. I was going going going for so long, full time online school, full time work as an FTO, National Guard stuff and fulllllllll time gym. Was able to take some stuff off my plate this spring but I guess I needed a hard reset. It’s been mentally rough these past couple of weeks but now I’m easing back into a work/gym/life balance. A peak into my zoom session today: One of my favorite cues for clients is to train for how you want to move around in life when you’re not lifting weights. Imagine lifting your toddlers when you squat & lunge, twist with control like how you want to hit the ball when you’re dominating the game, work your upper back under fatigue like how you want to stand up straight at the end of the day. Mentally put yourself in the movement pattern of outside things while you’re strengthening- it will help the carryover from muscle strength to naturally strong, controlled movement when you’re out living your life.
