Our services include prevention, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. :: :: I became interested in athletic training when I was a junior in high school. I attended an athletic training camp (nerd alert🤓) the summer before my senior year. During my senior year of high school I was able to shadow and assist my school’s athletic trainer and l fell in love with the idea of being able to help active people with the ability to continue to participate in their sport after a setback or injury. I attended the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh to earn my Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training. After graduation, I continued my studies at the University of Arkansas where I was also able to work as a graduate assistant to gain valuable experience and earn a Masters Degree in Kinesiology. My first full time job was at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN, where I worked with the student-athletes at Belmont University. After spending 5 years in Nashville, I returned home to Wisconsin and started working at Prevea Health in Green Bay. I’ve been with Prevea Health now for almost 5 years! Currently I provide comprehensive sports medicine services to the student-athletes at St. Norbert College, working mostly with the cross country, basketball, and track & field teams. Each day is a new, exciting challenge. I enjoy teaching individuals exercises to help them experience less pain when exercising.
