She has social anxiety, depression and doesnt cook for herself nor does sheย leave home without makeup. Infact non of her best friends have ever seen her without makeup on. She mostly shops on line for everything - from groceries to all her clothes as she doesn't feel comfortable going out. Within the first 10 minutes of walking the sole came off her hiking boot. We tied it together with string and within 3 footsteps the other sole separated too. What were the chances.She was clearly wobbled by the undoing of both shoes (eish, who wouldn't be) which was a real lesson in letting go and going with the flow. By the start of the second morning. She had let all the bullshit go. She had no anxiety with regard to her looks-no make up, no shower, no hair straighteners, sleeping on the floor, did an hour and a half's watch duty on her own during the nights, (all to the sound of hyaena and lions) she was not fussed by what she looked like or what people thought.
