Throwback / design backstories: One of my most treasured and fulfilling projects: THE RABBITS 2015/16 @operaaustralia @barkinggeckotheatre 💡setting up clear contrasts with the marsupials vs the rabbits from the first arrival; the warmth and belonging of the landscape vs a foreign intervention lit with arc sources 💡we fitted the rabbit’s body pieces with controllable cold white LED sources. haunting, and at odds with the beautiful warmth of the surroundings.
