The more obstacles you have between you and getting to the gym, the harder it's going to be. Your 18th tip for achieving your #Health and #Fitness goals in 2024: track your #Progress. This one is so simple, it's stupid. If you aren't tracking what is going on, you are missing a huge piece of information [and potentially] #Motivation. And while motivation shouldn't be your primary driver to continue to improve yourself, it does help sometimes! 🍏 When you look back and see how much more you're lifting, that's motivating 🍎 When you see your physical changes on paper, that's motivating 🍏 When you notice things are not changing as they were, that's useable information 🍎 And when you have useable information, you can fix the problem So... start tracking. In a journal, in an app, on a wall in your house -- I don't care. Just start tracking. #HWPO #CrossFit #IronHeroCrossFit #Omaha #Nebraska
