Our last dinner at La Petite Ferme.. ..Venison Liver Parfait: Balsamic vinegar reduction, cranberry seed loaf croute, yoghurt chips, apricot gel, and caramelised apple. Karoo Lamb: Rolled lamb shoulder, duchess potato, pomegranate and honey jus, glazed baby carrots, Egyptian labneh and confit tomato. For dessert, the legendary Hertzoggie (that absolutely everyone has raved about during our stay): Doily, Amarula ice cream, sago pudding filling.
