What a ride, and one heck of a season that ended with us winning Team of the Year!! It’s going to be hard to top this. In my first ever Saltwater Legends Series season, we had a 2nd place, 1st place, and 5th place finish on the last stop in South Padre. It came down to the day 2 weights to determine if it would be us, or a very tough team, Blackwell/Blackwell/Knipling. We were blessed by the good Lord to come out just a head at the conclusion of day 2. It was a very fun, but nerve racking event knowing we were going up against a outstanding group of fishermen. Thank you to all our wives for supporting us as we were gone A LOT. Thank you to Laguna Rods, Down South Lures, Majek Boats, Kresta’s Boats and Motors.
