Day 3 of Retreat - We cultivated compassion on a whole new level. Using the humming song of the trees in the botanical gardens, to the angelic tones of the harp, to the vocal toning of our voices in song. Nourished in our mind, body and soul. 🤍 we came home to the heart to honor and value what’s most important on a deep level 🌊 we spoke to the water which it was not afraid of where we needed to go for the healing 🎶 we used my method of vocal yoga to tone our voices and sing our hearts song, our sovereign birthright is to be heard by self and others 🌴 the swirling air rustling through the palms reminded us of the energy of freedom It was a day to be remembered. Coming home to the unconditional love of the heart. 🤍 🙏🏼 I am so grateful for this opportunity to carry my friend to freedom during this retreat. She has opened her heart and allowed me to lead through my compassion to help her find hers. She is free. Cleaned up along the the #harborwalk in #destin found lots of trash along the wall. Items found included cell phones, lots of vapes, sunglasses and even a level and a few other tools.🤣 During our dive we found a few #Seahorse 4 to be exact including a pregnant male seahorse! True story! Male seahorses are the only male animals that get pregnant and give birth. The pregnancy lasts 10–25 days, depending on the species, and the male carries the eggs in a pouch on his stomach for 2–4 weeks. FL01: Just got back from a wonderful week of the sea & sand in Perdido Key/Pensacola, Florida.
