सरकार ने फेक न्यूज़ चैनलों पर लगाया प्रतिबंध #bannedfakenews #factsmatter #governmentcracksdown #informationintegrity #mediaaccountability #newsregulation #nomorefakenews #realnewsonly #transparentgovernment #truthtopower सरकार ने फेक न्यूज़ फैलाने के आरोप में दिसम्बर 2021 से अब तक 120 यूट्यूब चैनलो और 635 यूआरएल पर प्रतिबंध लगाया है। सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर ने गुरुवार को संसद में इसकी जानकारी दी है। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि इन यूआरएल और यूट्यूब चैनलों को देश की संप्रभुता और अखंडता के हित में नहीं पाए जाने, के लिए अवरुद्ध करने के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। फेक न्यूज़ का आरोप एक लिखित उत्तर में, केंद्रीय ने कहा कि विचाराधिन वेबसाइटों ने सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम की धारा 69ए के प्रावधानों के अनुसार प्रतिबंधित किया गया है। यह वेबसाइट और यूट्यूब चैनल भारत की संप्रभुता और राज्य की सुरक्षा के लिए ख़तरा खतरा थे। और विदेशी राज्यों के साथ मैत्रीपूर्ण सम्बंधों या सार्वजनिक व्यवस्था के हित में नहीं थी। उन्होंने कहा कि वेबसाइट फ़र्ज़ी खबरें फैलाने का काम कर रही थी। जिसके बाद सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय ने दिसम्बर 2021 में आईटी नियम 2021 के भाग-III के प्रावधानों के तहत इन यूट्यूब आधारित समाचार चैनलों और यूआरएल कि सार्वजनिक पहुंच को अवरुद्ध करने के निर्देश जारी किए हैं। मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म के लिए जारी सलाह अन्य प्रश्न का उत्तर देते हुए ठाकुर ने कहा कि सरकार ने यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म को एक सलाह भी जारी की है। कि ई-सिगरेट को विज्ञापन नहीं दिया जाएगा। और साथ ही इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सिगरेट निषेध अधिनियम, 2019 के प्रावधानों का या किसी प्रचार या अन्य अभियानों के माध्यम से उल्लंघन नहीं किया जाए। बता दें कि हाल ही में सरकार ने ऑनलाइन सट्टेबाजी मंच या उनसे जुड़े उत्पादों एवं सेवाओं के विज्ञापनों को प्रकाशित करने से, बचने के लिए प्रिंट इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और डिजिटल मीडिया को यह सलाह दी है।
