These new quasars were able to vastly expand the creative possibilities and how I could think about lighting shifting over time and with multiple colors. Need to provide an emergency flashy source to take the place of practical discharge strobes ? @asteraofficial #pixelbricks to the rescue! Fang | #featurefilm a few pre production frames during my first pass at blocking with @dylanlaray and @thisisjesspaul (@lowry_lynn want onset yet so our AD was nice enough to fill in). sadly all blocking was scrapped when we had to move our main location 5 days into filming (which was a completely different space) and had to redo it all. Thankfully the cast was talented enough to roll with it and we figured it out.
