Done with my cleanings, all snakes photographed so all You're going to see is snakes in the purple background. I haven't taken pics of the babies, the yearlings that are moving to new homes next weekend, Frog, because if he's stressed he's not eating (also, he f**king reeks) and Larisa, because she's due to lay eggs in the upcoming days (maybe even today...maybe tomorrow...hopefully not next weekend). The most photographed garter is Aurora because she's the best ๐คท and I barely ever take out the boys. Mainly because they're way more squirmy than the girls, don't really stay still and pee on me. A lot. Chaos grew quite a bit since the last time You saw him, but he actually doesn't grow much at all. I got the pair more than a year ago, they were *allegedly* yearlings, but only 4 and 7g.(hence why no one believes they were year olds, I don't believe that too) BUT IF they were really yearlings, he's now only a bit over 40g.as a two year old. Whereas his female is twice, almost three times his size (but the females are always bigger, so not really a surprise). Anyway. Once I got them, he was the better eater but growing up he got more picky with food and now he only eats pinkies, occassional chopped up fuzzy and chicken hearts. NO FISH at all. He refused every single time I offered any kind of fish and that's very not garter of him but he likes what he likes ๐คท I'd like to try and breed them end of this year-start of next year, but that will depend on their size, if I brumate them or not and many other factors, but it's too early to decide.
