Birthday week is donnnneee! One thing that really daunted on me leaving the restaurant industry 2-3 years ago (a place where I spent most of my working life and felt the most comfortable) to work full-time doing nails in a totally different industry was this lingering thought, “Will I be able to continue to meet new people and make even more friends in a new place?” Initially with past experiences, before working in Downtown, the answer to that question quickly became ‘No’, however, in time that answer slowly changed. Mom’s azaleas are in full bloom. She arranged for her Japanese rock garden to be surrounded by different azaleas, red, pink, white, purple, coral, all beautiful and bright. Her tulips are also popping up replacing the crocuses and daffodils.
