Deadline is reporting that Charlie Hunnam and Jack O’Connell have joined the cast of the upcoming drama “Jungleland.” Jessica Barden has also joined the cast. The film, which will also star Owen Burke and Frank Ridley, is being directed by Max Winkler (Flower, Ceremony) from a screenplay he co-wrote with Theodore B. Bressman and David Branson Smith. The film, which is currently in production, will go as follows: “A reluctant bareknuckle boxer (O’Connell) and his brother (Hunnam) must travel across the country for one last fight, but an unexpected travel companion (Barden) exposes the cracks in their bond along the way.” The film will be a co-production between Romulus Entertainment, Big Red Films and Scott Free Productions. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Alice Eve, Jonathan Majors, Jacob Latimore, Kelvin Harrison Jr. and Charlie Plummer have been cast in the drama "Gully." Nabil Elderkin will be directing the project from a script by Marcus Guillory. The film will be "set in a slightly dystopian vision of LA. It follows three disaffected teenagers, all victims of extreme childhoods, who are running a hedonistic riot as they try to work out a way in life." Variety has announced that Travis Fimmel and Finn Cole will be joining Margot Robbie in the indie film "Dreamland." The film, which will also star Darby Camp and Kerry Condon, will be directed by Miles Joris-Peyrafitte from a script by Nicolaas Zwart. The film, which is currently in production, will be "set in the 1930s, amid the devastation of the Dust Bowl. The story follows a 17-year-old boy on his quest to capture a fugitive bank robber and collect the bounty on her head, in order to save his family farm from foreclosure. He beats out the FBI and the local police to find her, against all odds, only to discover that she’s far deadlier than the authorities expected."
