Circuit bent Yamaha MU5 from 1994. This General MIDI sound module is far far less advanced than the 1998 MU15 but it has a very interesting function which allows you to choose the MIDI channel of your choice for each of the 16 parts. And since there is detune and pan for each part, you can create a big large pad or drone. There are 16 bending points accessible from the bread board with 5 possible connexions from each point + a free line.
