Tante volte mi sono trovato difronte a dover organizzare sessioni di brainstorming ma non sapere da dove partire. Piano piano, col tempo, ho scoperto sempre più tecniche utili per bloccare i “blocchi dello scrittore” che avvengono anche in azienda quando si parla di progetti, soluzioni innovative, o semplici presentazioni. La tecnica che condivido oggi è quella del Q-storming. In pratica, anziché pensare a quante più idee possibili, con questa tecnica devi scrivere e pensare più domande possibili. Una inversione di rotta che molte volte mi ha salvato dall’inerzia e mi ha fatto scoprire punti di vista che non avevo considerato. 💡Today in Berne: The UPU Cybersecurity Forum discussed ways to create a safer digital environment for the post🔐 Gathering cybersecurity experts from all over the world in person and online, the forum reviewed a broad range of topics, including recent cybersecurity incidents in the postal sector, common threats and vulnerabilities, best practices in cybersecurity resilience, strategies for developing cybersecurity skills and promoting a security culture, and much more. Opening the event this morning, the UPU Director General, Masahiko Metoki, stressed the critical importance of dialogue and partnership to drive positive change in the postal sector: “Together, let us pave the way for a safer, more innovative postal ecosystem that benefits communities worldwide.” The Forum was closed by the UPU Deputy Director General, Marjan Osvald, who praised the collaborative spirit and dedication of all participants and postal cybersecurity champions and reminded that every challenge comes with an opportunity for progress: “Even with these challenges lie opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and resilience.” 📸Our full photo story - Flickr link in our bio.
