Remember, the best time to capture your newborn is between 7-14 days old. During this time, your little one is more sleepy, curled up and easier to settle for those perfect natural shots. But don't worry if you miss that window! Unlike some photographers, I will always accept babies at any age. There was a time when I wouldn’t have photographed a baby crying in a shoot. I can’t get enough of this gorgeous family! How beautiful are these images. Remember the optimum age for newborn shoots is 7-14 days old. At the this stage they’re sleepy, curled up and love their snuggles. After this point they obviously still photograph beautifully. The key difference is they’re more stretched out, more awake and can just take a little longer to settle.
