"You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think ❤️." . 🇩🇪 IBGH3 Prüfung 🐶. Sammy hatte Spaß, viel Spaß und war motiviert. Die Richterin fand Sammy Motivation und seine/unsere Arbeit super toll, dass hat mich sehr gefreut ☺️. Punkte gezoge hat uns die sehr liebe Richterin für etwas Knautschen auf dem Bringholz, ein langsames sitz aus der Bewegung, etwas unruhiges Stehen beim Steh aus der Bewegung und Bellen - wie hätte es beim Belltie auch anders sein sollen 😂. Das Bellen ist auch das einzige, was mich selbst immer wieder etwas aus "der Bahn wirft", die kleine Nuss 🙈. Sonst war alles super, die Arbeit mit ihm ist immer wieder toll ❤️. Wie war eure Wochenende, was habt ihr gemacht ☺️? . 🇬🇧 IBGH3 competition/exam 🐶. Sammy had a blast and was motivated. The judge loved Sammy's motivation and his/our work, this makes me very happy ☺️. The super kind judge took us points for a little chewing on the dumbbell, a slow sit out from motion, a little restless standing when standing out from motion and barking - how could it have been different with the "Belltie" 😂. The barking is also the only thing that always throws me off track, the little nut 🙈. Otherwise everything was great, working with him is always fun ❤️. Mitte März war ich mit Monty & Billy und ihren Menschen auf einer kleinen Wanderung durch den Liebethaler Grund. Das Frauchen von den zweien und ich haben festgestellt, dass wir beide eine Schwäche für Fotografie und ein Interesse an Lost Places haben. Da ich die beiden Flauschis ohnehin schon lange mal vor meiner Kamera haben wollte, haben wir diese beiden Dinge gleich miteinander verbunden und ich konnte mich in den Ruinen des Alten Elektrizitätswerks etwas fotografisch ausprobieren. Eine kleine Herausforderung, auch in der Nachbearbeitung, da sich diese Location mit ihrer Unordnung und Schroffheit extrem von allen bisherigen Locations unterschied. Aber letztendlich sind ganz coole Bilder dabei entstanden, auch wenn ich nicht weiß, ob ich genau diesen Fotospot für ein Shooting verwenden würde. Recently I got the opportunity to photograph this sweet family. I had the pleasure to meet Liza and Spidey for our Furry Valentine Photoshoot and I'm so glad I got to have a full session with them! ⠀ Spidey is a 14 year old retired racing greyhound and though she may be a little wobbly in the knees she's still moving so beautifully and gracefully. The love that Liza and Brian have for her and that she has for them is palpable. 🏙️April - Urban Fun🏙️ Happy Purple Monday! In the spirit of @rubsandnugs, we snuck into a shopping centre to take this photo 😎 It was an early January morning and we were at Orchard Road, Singapore’s premier shopping destination. The interior of the mall was decked out in purple lights in preparation for Chinese New Year. I thought that the backdrop of bokeh lights would look great in a photo. The problem was, dogs are not allowed in malls. So we waited for the foot traffic to clear, and as we waited, I did the camera settings. And when the coast was clear, we stepped in 😆 Now, the tiles in the interior of a mall are slippery, and Bear doesn’t like to walk on them as he has had past experiences of slipping on these tiles, so that ruled him out as the pawdel for this photo. Jojo, however, was unfazed by the tiles. I carried her to a nice spot, and then Tracy tried to pique her interest long enough so that she would keep still for a moment. I snapped the photo, checked that it was ok, then we called her to us and upped and left! I wrote in my previous post that my preference is for less bokeh, but yes sometimes I do like a good bokeh. This is especially so for Christmas, where those warm fluffy lights never fail to get us all in the Christmas spirit. However, here we have nice purple lights. Do they look Chinese New Year-sy? Probably not. Do they make for a great photo? I think so! I wouldn’t be a photographer if it wasn’t for my husband. Not because he gave me the ‘bug’. But because he is the one who encouraged me to follow my passion. Many of my clients have met Steve. If you ask him what his role is working with me, he’ll tell you he’s a “gear schlepper.” He is that and so much more. He’s also my dog wrangler, helping to get the dogs attention so I can focus on capturing that “perfect” shot. He offers me emotional support when I get stressed out and anxious during a session. And he’ll act as a test subject when I need to tweak my camera or lighting settings. He’s my right hand man who makes me better at what I do. Today is our anniversary.
