I launched my Patreon channel last week and there has already been a few subscribers which is lovely. I have mostly recorded new content that has a voice over which describes the process involved in making a drawing. Some of the drawings you can see happening in real time and some sped up so that you can see something brought to a conclusion. Of course some times you finish filming and then go back and rework the image as there is something not quite right about a nose or the placement of an eye. Correction is not a bad thing and neither is rubbing out. I was talking this weekend about not starting another drawing when things go wrong. You simply get a new drawing to the same point and then stop. Reworking the original drawing is the better way forward. 4/20(土)・21(日)に行われたザ・マスターズ2024にチームFREAKYで参加してきました！ 結果 Oさん レジェンドクラス 2位🥈 Sさん レディースクラス(ファンレース)1位🥇 大館麻衣 レディースクラス(ファンレース)2位🥈 大館弘 マスターズクラス(ファンレース) 5位入賞・年代別60代(ファンレース)4位入賞🎉 でした！ 残念ながら2日間通して安定した風は吹かず、レジェンドクラス以外は風が弱く、ファンレースとなりましたが、全員レースには参加することが出来ました。 私は今回レディースクラスに出場でしたが 1日目は午後からの南風を期待して、レジェンドクラスを応援しながら、時折練習に出ながら待機するも、午後15時頃に終了のお知らせ。 2日目、予報は前日よりも悪くなり、ひたすら待機。15時に運営からの案内で、ファンレースを行う、とのこと。ばっちり準備は出来てたので、待ってましたー！という感じ。 目の前にスタートラインが設定され、マスターズクラスからスタート。 レディースは2番目のヒートと聞いていましたが、海上を見てみると男性に混ざって女性もチラホラ。 下にいた女性陣も海上に出始め、もしかして聞き間違い？一斉スタートなのか？と私も急いで海上へ。 知り合いの方に聞いてみると、レディースは2番目で合ってるよー、みんな出たから私も出ちゃった、とのこと。一安心しながら上スタートを目指し近場をうろうろ。 4分前タイマーも合わせて、上りながらのろのろスタートラインへ。私は時間内に上りきれず、ラインの真ん中あたりを切ってスタート。なんやかんや早く出てた方達が正解でした。 上のちょっと先を行くメンバーさんを追いかけながら、時々漕ぎながら、マークに行くまでに2位にあがり、執拗に後ろの方の進路を塞ごうと上ったり下ったり。 マーク回ったところでイン入ってメンバーさんを抜きたい、と思いましたが、たいして風もなく、メンバーさんもミスなく回るので距離縮まらず。 マーク回ってからはどうにかうねりに乗せて少しでもスピードアップ、、、出来たら良かったのですが、風足りないのにパンピングして体力だけ消耗。疲労困憊で結局2位でゴールでした🥵 ということで、久々の風無しレースでしたが、少しでも競えて良かったです。ファンレースでしたが、入賞出来ました✌️ レースでしか会えない遠方の方達とも、久々にお話しできて楽しかった☺️ 次回は5月の本栖湖、チームFREAKYで入賞目指してまた練習頑張りましょう！ #freakywindsurfing #windsurfing #FREAKY #ウィンドサーフィンスクール #ウィンドサーフィン #TABOU #GAASTRA #DUOTONE
