Lebihan laksa yang saya buat sewaktu berbuka semalam jangan dibuang. Membazir kan amalan syaiton. Jadi apa kata dengan menggunakan kreativiti saya olah menjadi sesuatu yang sedap dan menarik untuk dicuba ✨ Mission Laksa Goreng Horn ========================= 1 mangkuk besar lebihan laksa 2 sudu besar pes mihun goreng Daging 1 biji telur 1 ulas bawang putih 1 tangkai sayur sawi 1 keping Mission Wrap super soft @missionfoods.my Cara-caranya: 1. Tumis bawang putih dengan pes mihun, kemudian masukkan daging yang dipotong kecil. 2. Kemudian masukkan telur, kacau rata. 3. Masukkan laksa dan sawi. Kacau sebati sehingga semua bahan rata. Siap dan ketepikan sebentar. 4. Potong memanjang Mission Wrap kemudian lilit pada aluminium foil yang dibentuk seperti tanduk. 5. Lekatkan dengan bancuhan tepung gandum dan air. 6. Bahan-bahan: Sate ayam Kuah kacang Timun Bawang Nasi impit 6 keping Mission Wraps Wholemeal 3 biji telur 4 sudu besar mayonis 2 sudu besar jus limau nipis 1/2 cawan santan Cara penyediaan: 1. Fried popiah Teriyaki chicken with seaweed mayonnaise . Very tasty that can be serve as finger food . Using Mission Food Onion & Chive Wrap . Stuff rice into the Fox Roll and top with crunchy cucumber and roasted pork belly! . Finally, bake it till the roll is slightly crispy. Cheese slice 9. @missionfoods.sg wraps Homemade peanut sauce 1.Peanut butter- 4tbs 2.Lemon-1.5 tbs 3.Vinegar - 1.5tbs 4.Water- 1tbs 5.Minced Ginger -1tbs Method: 1.Place the left over plant base burger petite, in the pan with butter to heat up,and put aside. (Cut to stripe). 2. Saute the yellow onion, for 1mins. 3.Cut bell pepper, cucumbers, carrot in cube. 4.Put Spinach boils for 1mins. 5. Thai Chicken Satay Wrap ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 200g leftover steamed chicken Grind in a smooth paste: 1 large red chili 1 lemon grass 1 large shallot 3 slices of ginger 4 slices of galangal 1 tsp coriander seeds 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp oil Cut the steamed chicken into smaller pieces. Marinate for 1hr the chicken pieces with the ground ingredients and place in skewers. Pan grill lightly the chicken both sides around 4 to 5mins. Set aside. Thai Peanut Sauce ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste 1 tbsp light brown palm sugar 1 tbsp fish sauce ½ tsp Caramel dark soy sauce 60g peanut butter 1 cup water 1 cup coconut milk Salt to taste Grind into a paste 1 lemon grass 3 slices of galangal 3 shallots Garnish Chopped coriander leaves Roasted coarsely grounded groundnuts or peanuts Heat a wok with oil, saute the ground ingredients until aromatic, mix in the red curry paste and cook further. Then add in water, fish sauce, dark soy sauce, and palm sugar. Leave to simmer gently around 4 mins. Then add in coconut milk, peanut butter, and add salt to taste. Leave to cook for a minute or two. Close fire. When serving, garnish with coarsely pounded peanuts and chopped coriander leaves. Other Ingredients 2 Mission Wholemeal Wraps Mint Leaves Pickled Cucumber Thinly Sliced Red Chilies Chili Sauce Toasted Sesame Seeds Cut limes (optional) Lightly heat the wraps both sides before using. Mix satay sauce with grilled chicken pieces. Make the chicken pieces into smaller parts. Place a row of chicken satay on the wrap. Place pickled cucumber in a row as well. In between place mint leaves. End with another row of chicken satay. Drizzle some chili sauce on the cucumber and top with some toasted sesame seeds. Garnish with some red chilies. Turning these popcorns into tasty sides for my leftover shredded chicken breast meat Ingredients 1) Mission Super Soft Original Wrap 2) Leftover chicken breast meat from son's protein supper last night 3) Leftover box of popcorns from movie outing 4) Tomatoes, 5) Baby green salad (clean up fridge & saw the pack of super greens) Sauce 1) mustard sauce (leftover from western meal) 2) Mayonnaise Steps 1) heat up leftover chicken breast meat & shred into smaller pieces. #foldoveryourleftovers with leftover roti canai bought from Bazaar Ramadan and leftover home cooked curry chicken. FOLDED ROTI KETUK CHEESE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2 left over roti canai, chopped up 4 tbsp of leftover chicken curry gravy 2 eggs,lightly beaten Some chicken pieces, sliced up 1 tsp chili paste /chili boh 1 medium sized onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 red chili, chopped 1 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tbsp chili sauce 1 tsp dark caramel soy sauce Salt and sugar to taste Ingredients B 1 Missions Wrap Original (Super Soft) Grated cheese Chopped red chili Chopped spring onion Heat a wok, saute onion and garlic until aromatic. Add in chili paste and cook for 1 min. Add in chicken pieces and cook. Add in chopped up roti canai, tomato and chili sauce, soy sauce chicken gravy and give a quick stir. Mix well so that all the ingredients are well incorporated. Pour the beaten egg all over the roti canai mixture. Leave to cook and quickly scramble the egg with the roti canai. Add sugar and salt to taste. Leave to cool slightly. Take a wrap, and place the roti canai filling in the center. Sprinkle with a generous amount of grated cheese. Stick all the edges of the wrap with a toothpick making into a design. Brush with egg wash on the wrap. Bake in 180C for 5-8 mins. Garnish with red chili and spring onion. KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN FOLDOVERS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1 bowl of leftover fried chicken 1 packet of Korean Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken Sauce Toasted sesame seeds Salad leaves Sliced cucumber Sliced red capsicum Onion pickled Cherry tomatoes 2 Missions Wrap Original (Super Soft) Heat a wok and refry light the chicken. Set aside. In a wok pour in readymade Korean Hot & Spicy Fried Chicken Sauce. Thicken the sauce. Close fire. Place salad leaves, cucumber, red capsicum, onion and tomatoes. Wrap Dendeng Daging @missionfoods.my peraduan memasak. Bahan-bahan: Wrap @missionfoods.my Dendeng daging 1 biji bawang holland (dihiris) Keju cheddar Salad Tomato ceri Bijan putih & hitam 1 biji telur Mayonis Tiada sukatan specific. Masak macam mak-mak, kalau kurang tambah, kalau terlebih simpan balik😂 Caranya mudah sahaja. Letak daging dendeng, daun salad, bawang holland dan keju atas wrap. Gulung dan salut dengan telur yang telah dipukul. Kemudian salut pula dengan bijan putih dan hitam. Bakar dalam air-fryer pada suhu 150-155 darjah Celcius selama 10 minit. Love this version of Black pepper sesame chicken with long beans Spring onion pancake that I use the outer wrap from Mission Wraps ( Onion & Chive) #foldoveryourleftoverscontestsg @gohsk7676 @missionfoods.sg #foldoveryourleftovers #foldoveryourleftoverssg Ingredients: - Left overnight sesame chicken ( that I got from FairPrice yesterday) - black pepper - a pinch of salt - 2 beaten eggs - 1 piece of long bean ( cut into thin shreds ) Recipe : 1) shredding the pieces of chicken into slices or cubes 2) mix the black pepper n salt into the chicken 3) mix the chicken and the long bean into the beaten eggs in the bowl 4) heat up the oil till it start to bubbling , place the batter into the oil and to cook for a while till the mixture turn slight brown and place Mission Wrap onto the batter once it’s brown on the lower part 5) flip it over n cook another 3-5 min till skin turn slightly brown 6) and we are done . Resepi: MINI MURTABAK KAMBING BERSAMA SALSA Lebihan kambing carik diguna semula, Sos lada hitam digabung bersama, Dijadikan mini murtabak untuk berbuka, Masam manis salsa lengkapi rasa. Bahan mini murtabak: 3 keping Mission Wrap Wholemeal 2 biji bawang merah 1 biji kentang 2 biji telur 1 sudu kecil serbuk kari Lebihan kambing bakar dicarik Lebihan sos lada hitam Minyak Bahan salsa: 1 biji tomato 2 biji kiwi 1/2 batang timun jepun 1 biji limau nipis 1 sudu kecil garam 1 sudu besar gula 2 sudu besar sos cili Hiasan: Cendawan Enoki digoreng Cara penyediaan: 1. Setelah kentang empuk, masukkan kambing yang telah dicarik dan biarkan seketika. 2. Pukul sebiji telur di dalam mangkuk dan masukkan inti yang telah dimasak. Gaul hingga sebati. 3. Ambil sekeping Mission wrap wholemeal, letakkan inti di tengah dan bungkus menjadi segi empat. Celupkan di dalam telur yang telah dikacau, dan masak di dalam pan dengan sedikit minyak. #foldoveryourleftovers Made a teatime wrap twist with my anchovies and egg sambal left over. ANCHOVIES AND EGG SAMBAL TWIST ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1 bowl of anchovies and egg sambal leftover 1 tbsp tomato sauce 1 tbsp Thai chili sauce 1 egg, lightly beaten 4 Onion & Chive Mission Wraps (each wrap quartered) Thousand Island sauce Grated Mozzarella cheese Egg wash Heat wok, add some oil, and add in the leftover anchovies and egg sambal. Lightly heat it then pour in beaten egg. Scramble. Add in tomato sauce and Thai chili sauce. Stir until mixture slightly is dry. Leave to cool. Take a quartered wrap, make 2 slits. In the middle brush with some thousand island, place the filling, and place some mozzarella. Join both ends and seal with a toothpick. Do the same with the rest of the wraps. 🌯We had a few friends over for Easter gathering & 2 (separate) family friends 心灵相通 brought along satay!!! 😅  We thought we could finish them but no, so it's #FoldoverYourLeftovers again!  Ingredients:  Mission Wraps @missionfoods.sg Pork Satay & Peanut Sauce (leftovers)  Lettuce, shredded  Red Onion, thinly sliced  Cucumber, cut into strips  Coriander  *Onion & Corianders are leftovers from the previous meal of fried noodles  *You may substitute with any veggies you prefer  Method:  -Steam satay peanut sauce till hot, about 5-8 min.  -Reheat satay (I steamed them, so it won't further dry out & become tough from oven/airfryer heating)  -Remove satay meat from the skewers, add them to peanut sauce and coat well.  -Warm a piece of Mission wrap on a frying pan. #foldoveryourleftovers I had leftover prawn fritters which I used to make my rojak style wraps. ROJAK WRAPS ~~~~~~~~~~~ 2 leftover prawn fritters, cut into small portions Julienned turnips, sengkuang Julienned cucumber Thinly sliced fried tauhu Boiled eggs 2 onion & chive Mission Wraps ( or more) 👉Kuah Rojak 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 cup dry roasted groundnuts/peanuts (reskinned) and pound coarsely 1000ml water (4 cups) 2 to 3 tbsp thick tamarind juice 2 blocks of palm sugar 👉Grind into a paste 6gm(1/2 in) roasted shrimp paste 20 dried chilies (soaked in hot water for 20mins and drained) 120gm (7) shallots 28gm (6) cloves garlic 14gm (2in) ginger 19gm (2in) galangal 52gm (2 stalks) lemongrass Heat about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of oil. You will need a lot of oil to cook the spices. Saute the ground spices until aromatic. Then add in tamarind juice, palm sugar and peanut butter. Give a stir and mix in water. leave to simmer gently. Add salt to taste in between. Simmer until gravy thickens and oil floats on top of the spices. Check if salt and sweetness are enough. I like it sweet, so I added a bit of brown sugar. Close fire. I usually keep in an airtight bottle the leftover kuah in the freezer and use it when needed. Take a wrap, place fritters, turnip, tauhu, and cucumber. Place halved boiled egg. Pour kuah on it. Crispy Red Bean Dango 🍡 脆皮红豆团子 What I did with my sad, leftover dango that hardened overnight in the fridge. With just a couple more ingredients, it’s like a new dessert altogether. Crispy on the outside with soft and chewy mochi inside… The kinako and kuromitsu gave it a richer and slightly nutty profile. Mission Baked Flower Bowl! *Made with leftover chicken fingers. Ingredients: 1. Mission Wrap Original. 2. 2 eggs 3. Cheddar cheese slices. 4. Sautéed onions 5. Chopped leftover chicken fingers. 6. Mission Mashed Potatoes Ice-cream Cone! *Made with leftover fries & chicken fingers/chicken tenders. Ingredients: 1. Mission Wrap Original. 2. Leftover potato fries (about 1 cup) 3. 300ml fullcream milk. 4. 2 slices cheddar cheese. 5. Leftover chicken fingers for topping. 6. Salt/pepper to taste. Steps: 1. Cut Mission Wrap into 4 equal pieces. 2. Roll into cone shape & bake in airfryer at 160° for about 5minutes or until golden brown & crispy. 3. Set aside Mission Wrap cones. 4. In food processor, blend leftover potato fries & milk until smooth. 5. Cook potato milk mixture in a pot on low heat until thickens. Add salt/pepper to taste. 6. Add cheese & stir to combine. 7. Let cool before putting the mashed potato mixture into piping bag. 8. Pipe the mashed potato mixture into the cones. 9. Decorate with chicken fingers/ fries. 10. Done! Crunchy Mission 'Chocolate Bar Ice-cream' Tacos! *made with leftover brownies. Ingredients for ice-cream bar: 1 cup heavy whipping cream. 1/4 cup condensed milk. Leftover brownies. Cocoa powder (optional). Steps to make Chocolate Ice-cream bars: 1. Cool a tray in the freezer while preparing the rest of the ingredients. 2. Pour all ingredients onto the tray & chop everything until well combined. (Similar method to making ice-cream rolls) 3. Spread the ice-cream mixture evenly on the tray. 4. Freeze overnight. Or at least 5-6hours until fully set. 5. Cut ice-cream into bars. Or roll it up into ice-cream rolls. Ingredients for crunchy rainbow tacos: Mission wrap original (cut into small rounds). Tumis bawang Holland sehingga kekuningan, masukkan pes tom yam. Kacau sekata. 2. Masukkan lebihan tom yam yang telah di asingkan kuahnya. Ambil isinya sahaja. Kacau sehingga sebati. Ketepikan. 3. #foldoverYourLeftovers with my leftover spicy tomato prawn gravy. I had some leftover gravy made with prawns. So I used the gravy to make: SPICY TOMATO CHICKEN BURGER WRAPS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2 burger chicken, fried and cut into cubes 2-3 tbsp leftover spicy tomato gravy 1 tbsp mayonnaise salad leaves sliced cucumber pickled onion 1 Mission Wrap Onion and Chive cheddar cheese In a bowl mix leftover tomato gravy with mayonnaise. Mix in fried chicken burgers. Set aside. Heat a Mission wrap until slightly crisp, place one side of the salad leaves, and spread the burger chicken filling, add some cucumber, top with cheddar cheese and flip the other half of the wrap on the cheese. Leave it to slightly turn crisp. Place some onion pickle on top. Serve while still hot. 🌯We had a gathering during the weekend and DIY popiah was one of the potluck food. Had turnip fillings leftover, so I took a portion home and made it into turnip wraps the next day! #FoldoverYourLeftovers Ingredients:  Mission Wraps @missionfoods.sg 1 Egg  Lettuce  Turnip fillings (leftovers from DIY popiah)  Pok Chui (Extra pack "Leftover" from CNY yusheng kit)  Sweet Dark Sauce  Chilli Sauce  Method:  -Crack and whisk egg, fry into a thin omelette. #foldoverYourLeftovers with steamed meatloaves leftovers! ROSE WRAP BOUQUET FOLDOVER ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For rose wraps: 3 Mission Wraps Soft Onion and Chive (cut in length with 1in in width) 4 eggs ¾ cup milk 2 leftover meatloaves, chopped 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum 1 tbsp chopped spring onions 2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese ¼ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp salt Other ingredients 1 Mission Wrap Onion and Chive Salad leaves Carrot Red chilies In a bowl, beat eggs and mix in milk. Add in salt, cheddar cheese and black pepper. Mix well. In a muffin pan, coat some butter. Take a cut mission wrap and roll. Place the rolled wrap in the center of the muffin pan. Place some meatloaf, capsicum and spring onion. Pour the egg batter. Do the same until the egg mixture finishes. You will get around 6 wrap roses depending on the size of your muffin pan. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30-35mins. Take a wrap, place some salad leaves, and place the rose egg wraps. Decorate with cut carrots and red chilies. Wrap both ends of the wrap and tie with a string. 🍰MISSION BANOFFEE CREPE CAKE🍌 Made with Mission Wraps & Leftover Pengat Pisang. There's 2 components for this recipe; The Banoffee (Banana Toffee) curd, And the Mission Wrap Crepe. First, separate the Bananas from the Liquid/soup of the Leftover Pengat Pisang. Set aside bananas. Recipe (makes 1-2 slices of Banoffee Crepe Cakes) 🍰To make the Mission Wrap Crepe🍰 Ingredients: 🥚 1 egg 🥛 Liquid/ soup from leftover Pengat Pisang. (Measures about 1 cup) 🫓 Mission Wraps Original. 💛 In a bowl, combine the egg & leftover soup. Whisk until well combined. 💛 Dip the Mission Wrap into the egg mixture on both side at least 30 seconds, until well coated with the egg mixture. 💛 Cook in Non-stick pan until light brown on both sides. 💛 Cut the Crepe into 8 equal slices. 💛 Set aside. 🍰 To make the Banoffee curd🍰 Ingredients: 🍌 leftover bananas from the Pengat Pisang (about 2 medium bananas) 🍬 1/4 cup sugar 💧 20ml water 💛 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 🧂 a pinch of salt 🍋 1/4 tsp lemon juice 💛 In a pot, combine the leftover bananas, sugar, & water. 💛 Cook on low heat while continuously stirring & mash bananas with back of spatula as it cooks. 💛 Cook until Banoffee curd turns brown & thickens. 💛 Add in the vanilla extract, lemon juice, & a pinch of salt. Stir to combine. 💛 Banoffee curd is done! Let cool. 🍰 Now it's time to assemble the crepe cake. 🍰 Start with a layer of Mission Wrap crepe. 🍰 Then spread a thin layer of Banoffee curd on top of the crepe. 🍰 Add another layer of crepe on top. Here's a simple #FoldoverYourLeftovers beef steak wrap using your leftover ingredients: Ingredients: 🥩Leftover beef steak, thinly sliced 🟠Mission super soft wholemeal wrap 🥗Leftover salad vegetables (such as lettuce, avocado, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc.) 🌶️🧉Your favorite sauce or dressing (such as barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, or mustard sauce) Instructions: 1. Warm the wholemeal wrap in a pan or microwave according to package instructions to make it more pliable. Lay the warmed wrap flat on a clean surface. 2. Arrange the thinly sliced beef steak in the center of the wrap. Add your leftover salad vegetables on top of the beef steak. 3. Drizzle your favorite sauce or dressing over the ingredients. 4.
