Overwhelmed starting your fitness journey? Sometimes we try to “fix” everything and become overwhelmed and give up. Habits take time, consistency and dedication before they become an actual habit. Start with one thing and work on it like making swaps out. Save this post for ideas! I used to be a dump all the ranch on everything girl. I can still taste that Perkins Bread Bowl soaked with ranch…yet I haven’t had ranch dressing in so long I couldn’t even tell you when. I started SLOW with 1/2 regular ranch 1/2 lite ranch Then moved to all lite ranch Then moved to fat free ranch and well it was gross so I moved to vinegar and oil with salsa. This didn’t take days or even weeks. It was a couple months of getting used to one before moving on. Now I rarely use dressing on my salads. Check the salad topping ideas on this list. Fruit salsa is a favorite of mine to top a salad with! These days I’m using a Lime Olive Oil and Cucumber Balsamic that explodes with flavor and is the best I’ve ever had!!! Little things add up. Ansa fänkålen och skär i klyftor. Koka tillsammans tills bitarna är nästan mjuka. Slå av vattnet och ställ åt sidan. LAXEN: Jag hade en halv firre hemma, så den filéade jag upp och skar i hyggliga kuber. SÅSEN: Vispa 2,5 dl grädde, 0,5 dl mjölk, 3 ägg, citronzest + saften från 1/3 citron, salt, vitpeppar och lite anisfrön. UGNEN: Smöra upp din röda form och ös i potatis/fänkål. Ta en gaffel och tryck till potatisen en smula. Lägg i laxbitarna och häll över såsen och några klickar rent smör. Today’s menu…breakfast was bacon, scrambled eggs and halloumi, lunch was a small chicken Kiev with some sweet potato fries. Dinner was chicken skewers and meatballs in a delicious garlic Parmesan sauce. I used chicken thighs, diced and threaded onto mini skewers and the meatballs were pork and beef pre-made from Aldi. Browned off chicken and meatballs, removed from pan then added in a knob of butter, minced garlic and heavy cream. Simmered until it started to thicken, stirred through some Parmesan cheese and poured over meat 🤤🤤🤤. Mealprep 🥘 finished ✅ Gesunde Ernährung ist nicht schwer, wenn man einfach einen Plan verfolgt. Doch was meine ich damit und wie setzte ich es um? Zunächst kenne deinen kcal Umsatz und habe eine konkrete Planung deiner Mikro- und Makronährstoffe im Blick. Teile dir dies in 3-6 Meals pro Tag auf. Die Vielfalt dahinter kann so enorm, lecker und gesund sein. Kartoffeln, Reis, Nudeln, Haferflocken uvm. als Kohlenhydratquelle. Dazu Proteine mittels Whey, Isolat, Geflügel, Fisch, Rind oder zig anderer Quellen. Ergänzt wird das ganze zum Beispiel mit Zartbitterschokolade, Olivenöl, Mandelmuss oder anderen gesunden Fettquellen. Wenn du nun noch 200g Obst am Tag zu dir nimmst wirst du dich vermutlich gesünder ernähren als 98% der Gesamtbevölkerung. Und all das ohne Verzicht! Ich kaufe meist für 3-5 Tage im Voraus ein und habe klar vor Augen was ich essen möchte. Diese Mahlzeiten bereite ich vor, stelle sie kühl und brauch sie mir nur noch zur richtigen Zeit erwärmen. Perfect balance of spicy & sweet! 😋🌶️🍯 Crispy & Spicy Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken Delight Ingredients: Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 ¼ cups (290 g) mayonnaise ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce 2 teaspoons Sriracha, or more to taste 2 tablespoons honey Directions: In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken breasts with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each skewer. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
