💥Domingo de Meal Prep💥 ¡El meal prepping es el verdadero GAME CHANGER! Ya estoy lista con mis almuerzos para 4 días, desayuno para 4-5 días y cena para las chiquis para 4-5 días. A ellas siempre les preparo arroz blanco y habichuelas porque les encanta y aveces eso es todo lo que quieren, pero sino les hago alguna carne para combinar. En mi caso literalmente estoy obsesionada con el arroz chino de coliflor! Eso lleva en repeat hace más de un mes. Me encanta porque es súper fácil de hacer y me salen para 4-5 comidas de una. Siempre le cambio la proteína (carne) y esta semana le añadí un carbohidrato (plátanos maduros). Y ya quedó aprobado porque eso fue lo que acabo de comer de almuerzo y estaba delicioso! Desde que entendí que hacer esto de meal preps me ahorra muchísimo tiempo durante la semana siempre saco un día para hacerlo. Muchas veces mis días no son como los planeo y se que al llegar a casa no solo tengo comida para las chiquis ready, pero no tengo que preocuparme en mi almuerzo para el otro día ni comprar afuera. ¿Haces meal preps? Tater Tots Casserole 😋🥔 Ingredients: - 1 lb ground beef - 1 small onion, chopped - 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (14.5 oz) can green beans, drained - 1 (32 oz) package frozen tater tots - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. 2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is translucent. Drain excess grease. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and green beans. Mix well. 4. Spread the soup mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. 5. Helllooo, Ce midi, une belle salade de feuilles de chêne des radis, des concombres et des tomates cerises, une petite vinaigrette composée d 1 cac de moutarde, 1cac de sirop d'agave, 1cas de vinaigre de cidre et 1cas d huile d'olive. Ensuite, des courgettes cuites avec de l'ail, de l'huile d'olive et des épices méditerranéennes avec des asperges vertes. Shrimp Chowder Ingredients: 4 slices bacon, chopped 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 carrots, peeled and diced 2 celery stalks, diced 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 4 cups chicken broth 2 cups peeled and diced potatoes 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 bay leaf Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup heavy cream 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Directions: In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Set aside. In the same pot, add the butter and diced onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute. Add the diced carrots and celery to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, until slightly softened. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes. BACH COOKING 🧑‍🍳 Primero trocee todas las verduras:cebolla, pimientos rojos y verdes ,mas calabacín , después lo he sofrei con un poquito aceite a fuego medio, hasta que estuvo bien pochadita toda la verdura y entre tanto coci la Quinoa (que previamente enjuague) ,10 min ,lo q indique el fabricante,pero suele ser 1 parte de quinoa x 3 de agua, esto cuando lo vayamos a comer ,le añadiré las verduras y junto con unos contramuslos de pollo a la plancha en el momento comida lista😉. Para la cena dejaré el puré de calabaza ,en el cual sofrio la cebolla , calabaza y un par d zanahorias y luego le añado sal ,doy unas vueltas y añado agua hasta cubrir,( lo dejo unos 15 min fuego medio en la ollla rapida)pasamos por la batidora y por último al calentarlo para comerlo, le añado un chorrito de salsa de soja. Las hamburguesas las hice con tofu,por meter proteína vegetal... para hacerlo de otra manera, bati un bloque de tofu previamente bien escurrido y seco ,parte de las verduras que hice, y para que cojan cuerpo las hamburguesas, le añadi tortitas de arroz pulverizadas con la Thermomix y salsa de soja. Luego simplemente nos untamos un poco las manos con aceite para trabajarlas mejor y las pasamos por la harina de arroz q dejaremos un poco para este momento. Les pongo un trocito de papel de horno para separarlas y luego simplemente las haremos a la plancha en el momento. Por último hice pasta de dátiles para añadir al yogur natural y esto lo hago,quitando el hueso a los dátiles,los enjuago y los meto en agua previamente hervida ,los dejo reposar mínimo 30 min , después los bato y los llevo a envasar( en la nevera duran como un mes aprox). #comidasana #cocinando# #organizacion #mealprep #bachcooking #recipe #recipehealthy #

Spinach Lasagna Creamy Spinach Lasagna Rolls Ingredients: 9 lasagna noodles 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil Salt and pepper to taste 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes more. Clickable link in bio 🎥 https://youtu.be/XORa7QtjRi8 Ingredients: 1/2 cup jasmine rice 1 cup water 2 pieces garlic small piece ginger 70g broccolini 200g extra firm tofu 1 tsp potato starch 1 tbsp plant based oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp toasted sesame oil 1 tbsp maple syrup drizzle of avocado oil 1/2 stick green onion 1 tsp white sesame seeds Directions: 1. Place the rice in a small saucepan. Rinse and drain the rice two to three times to get rid of the excess starch 2. Add 1/2 cup water to the rice and heat on medium high heat. When the water starts to bubble, turn the heat to medium low, give the rice a good stir, and cover for 15min 3. Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces 4. Pat dry the extra firm tofu with a paper towel, then slice into cubes 5. After 15min, turn the heat off on the rice and let it steam further for another 10min 6. Make a slurry by combing the potato starch and 1/4 cup water together. Then, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and maple syrup. Give the sauce a good stir 7. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Drizzle in some avocado oil 8. Add and sauté the tofu for 3-4min. Then, set it aside 9. Place the pan back onto medium heat and add the broccolini, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2-3min 10. Add the tofu back in followed by the sauce. Give the pan a good stir for about 10 seconds 11. Add 1/4 cup water. Continue to cook for 3-4min 12. Plate the rice followed by the tofu. Family Favorite: PASTA OF ANY KIND I want to share 3 ways you can improve the nutritional quality of this family favorite in ways that don’t affect the flavor quality. 1: I used half whole wheat pasta and half regular pasta to increase both whole grains and fiber content of the meal. I boil both for the same amount of time so the wheat was softer (wheat called for 3 minutes less, so it cooked a bit longer) and by mixing the two, no one noticed! And it helps meet the goal to have half of your grain intake coming from whole grains, which helps reduce cholesterol and manage blood sugars❤️ 2: Add veggies to your meat/sauce mix. This adds bulk without adding empty calories, not to mention all the vitamins and minerals you gain. It’s an easy way to sneak veggies into your diet ❤️ 3: Use ground poultry or lean ground beef to reduce saturated fat content and empty calories. This helps reduce cholesterol and still provides a great source of protein! ❤️ I warmed up leftovers for lunch and took an extra 60 seconds to dish up a couple lunch portions for work.
