I have finally found a type of patchwork i can do without the tedious process of stitching little pieces of fabric together. What you do is find them already constructed and then just join the squares! These 6 squares went together in less than an hour. My sincere thanks to the woman who, over a hundred years ago, had the patience to piece these squares. . From this you can see why some art historians say that patchwork was a precursor to modernism. Be sure to look back at the previous photo in my posts to see how different one square looks before being joined to the others. The designer of this pattern was a genius, whoever she was.
