4-Saaten Max Mischbrot 🍞🥖 | Rezept | Werbung | Es ist Wochenende und was heißt das? Kochshow-Time, Baby! Ich Blödi hatte nicht das Mehl, welches ich brauchte, also habe ich auf die Schnelle mit den Resten ein neues Rezept (auf Risiko) für meine Kochshow erstellt 😂 was soll ich sagen? Alles gut gelaufen und alle warn begeistert ❤️ eine glückliche Gastgeberin und glückliche Gäste, was will man mehr. Aber nun zum Rezept: Quellstück: 3 EL Haferflocken 3 EL Leinsamen 2 EL Sonnenblumenkerne 1 EL Mohn Heißes Wasser, bis alle Saaten bedeckt sind. 30-60 Min. ziehen lassen Hauptteig: Quellstück 300ml Wasser 15g Hefe 1 TL Zucker 450g Weizenmehl T550 205g Roggenmehl T1150 2 EL Backmalz dunkel 2-3 TL Poseidons Genuss Salz Wasser, Hefe, Zucker vermengen und auflösen. Danach die restlichen Zutaten hinzufügen und mit dem Knethaken zu einem geschmeidigen Teig für ca. 8 Minuten auf mittlerer Stufe kneten. Der Teig sollte sich beim Kneten von der Schüssel lösen. Sollte er zu klebrig sein einfach in Esslöffel-Schritten Weizenmehl dazugeben. Gehzeit ca. 2h in der Nixe o. ä. Gefäß Der Teig sollte sich verdoppelt haben. Nach der Gehzeit den Backofen auf 260° OIU vorheizen. Den Teig auf die bemehlte Teigmatte geben, dehnen, falten, rundwirken und leicht mit Wasser an der Oberfläche benetzen, um ihn in Mohn und Sonnenblumenkerne zu welzen. Den Brotlaib in den gefetteten und bemehlten Ofenmeister geben, nach Belieben einschneiden, mit dem Deckel verschließen und in den vorgeheizten Backofen stellen. Backzeit: 55-60 Min. 20 Min. bei 260° OIU danach auf 240° runterdrehen und goldbraun backen. Zum Abkühlen auf das Kuchengitter stürzen. Mein Anstellgut hatte ich gestern angesetzt mit Wasser und Mehl... und heute Abend ging es weiter. Alles zusammen in den Cookit, der den Teig geknetet hat und noch mal 2 Stunden gehen lassen. Und herauskamen die leckeren Sauerteigbrötchen. Der Teig hatte sich sehr gut angefühlt ließ sich super verarbeiten, dehnen, falten und zu schönen Brötchen schleifen. Meine Brötchen hatten die Teiglinge hatten jeweils circa 108 Gramm . Daraus wurden wunderschöne Brötchen. Ich freu mich auf mein Frühstück morgen. Stoneware macht es möglich! Ich bin absolut kein Bäckerprofi, aber mit der Stoneware gelingt mir wirklich jedes Brot!! Durch den Steinofeneffekt wird es rundherum knusprig und innen schön fluffig! Wie vom Bäcker 😍 Dieses Brot ist ein richtiges Mischbrot. Ich habe alle Mehlreste aufgebraucht und rausgekommen ist dieses richtig leckere und saftige Brot! - Buttermilch und Zuckerrübensirup auf 37° erwärmen und die Hefe darin auflösen - alle restlichen Zutaten zugeben und gut durchkneten ( ca 3-4 Minuten) - Teig in der Edelstahlschüssel für ca 90 Minuten gehen lassen - Teig auf die Teigunterlage geben, falten ( ca 10x ), rundwirken und in den leicht gefetteten und gemehlten Ofenmeister legen. - mit Saaten oder Mehl bestreuen, einschneiden und Deckel auflegen Wie immer : - Ofenmeister auf ein Rost stellen, unterster Einschub - 60 Minuten bei 220° C Ober/Unterhitze backen - auf dem Kuchengitter auskühlen lassen und genießen Viel Spaß beim ausprobieren Diana ✌🏻 Lass liebe da ❤️ und speichere dir das Rezept gerne ab 😊 #mischbrot #brotselbstbacken #restmehlverwertung #gutestulle #brotzeit #buttermilch #saaten #werdedeineigenerbäcker #steinofeneffekt #naturton #nachhaltig #pamperedchef #ofenmeister
I really love homemade Pico de Gallo or fresh salsa. I don't love chopping everything up by hand. Instead, I grab my Manual Food Processor and let it do the work for me. Just a few pumps of the handle, and it chopped first my tomatoes and then my peppers, onion, and cilantro. I mixed them all together and my salsa was ready to go. All set to top my southwest chicken bowl. 😋 If you need to get your hands on this tool, click the link in my bio. My favorite way to cut jalapenos without touching the seeds is to hold it by the stem and cut around the core. You've probably seen people cut bell peppers in a similar way. I always do it this way when I'm only chopping a single jalapeno. Otherwise, it's on with the gloves to get the job done. You don't want to get those oils in your eyes or nose! I have done that. Heute gibt es den Klassiker Flammkuchen Zutaten für Teig: 130ml Wasser 10g Hefe 1 Prise Zucker 210g Mehl 1TL Salz 1 EL Olivenöl Zutaten für Belag: 1 Becher Creme Fraiche 1 rote Zwiebel 50g Emmentaler 150g Katenschinken Zubereitung: Hefe im Wasser auflösen. Restliche Zutaten zufügen und zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Zugedeckt 1/2 - 1 Std gehen lassen. Backofen vorheizen 230 Grad Ober/Unterhitze Zwiebel zu feinen Scheiben schneiden und den Käse reiben. Den Teig auf den gefetteten James ausrollen. Am Besten geht es mit unserem Teigroller, der in jede Ecke ran kommt. Danach Creme Fraiche drauf schmieren, Schinken und Zwiebel verteilen. Mit dem geriebenen Emmentaler bestreuen und für ca. 20 Minuten in der untersten Schiene backen lasse . Rezept ⬇️ Boden: 200 g Zucker 250 g Mehl 1 TL Backpulver 4 Eier Streusel: 250 g Butter 200 g Zucker 400 g Mehl Zusätzlich: 1 Becher Sahne Puderzucker Zubereitung: Zutaten für den Boden verrühren und auf den Ofenzauberer James geben. Die Streusel zubereiten und darüber verteilen. Den Kuchen im vorgeheizten Backofen auf unterster Schiene für 25 Minuten bei 175 Grad O/U Hitze backen. Das liegt daran, dass die Tonprodukte von PampereChef so fein porig sind das lediglich die Luft zirkulieren kann und damit immer optimale Backschwaden im Backofen sind. Du kannst deine Brote mit Deckel bei 250° durch weg backen, du brauchst keine Tasse Wasser im Backofen… Allerdings ist dieser kleine nicht nur für Brot, sondern auch für Fleischgerichte, Gemüsegerichte und und und da Durch die feine Porung nimmt er weder Geruch noch Geschmack an und du kannst heute herzhaft und nach dem abkühlen süß darin zubereiten.
