He attracted 5.8 million followers who tuned in to hear humorous anecdotes recounted in his sassy Southern twang. Waimea Canyon is over 3,600 feet deep and 14 miles long. Enjoy the winding drive to various lookout stations up the mountain. The road ends at Koke’e State Park - 4,000 acres of dense forest atop a plateau. The park includes some of the island’s most varied and challenging hiking trails, including the popular Pihea Vista Trail which crosses the Alaka’i swamp. While enjoying the views, don’t miss the chance to stop at the quaint log cabin-style lodge that offers delicious food and drinks. Warm up with a bowl of the lodge’s famous chili and cornbread or a cup of Hawaii grown coffee. カウアイ行き。 いつも何かしら洗礼wがあるんだけど、 今回は✈️2時間半遅れ。 ずーっと機内で待機して24日発が幻に、、 日にち変わって25日発。 ローファット食にしといたのに お腹空き過ぎて歌舞伎揚を食べてしのぐ(笑) 機内食が出されたのが夜中の2時過ぎ🤣 前日までのハードスケジュールで疲れマックス💦それでも隣に誰も居なかったのは幸い。 横になれたし、トイレも気兼ねなく行けたのはラッキー✨ そんなかんだで、爆睡。 ホノルルに着く30分くらい前に下を見たら、ちょうどカウアイ上空。 丸い虹があって、これまたWelcomeの合図をもらいホノルル到着。 乗り換えの時間、 4時間見といたけど間に合うか？ イミグレ並んでたらアウト！ 何とか奇跡的にスルリと行けて、 インターアイランドまで走る💨 ハワイアンのカウンターで間に合うか聞いたら 問題ないから荷物出して！と言われて発券。 セキュリティ並んで、あと10分🕰️ 搭乗開始と同時にゲートに到着。 間に合うと思ったら同時に我に帰り 汗だくなのと喉カラカラ &トイレもいきたいしw とりあえず搭乗。 隣の席のマダムが妖精さんみたいな人で 私がドタバタで席にすわったので 様子を察してアイコンタクトしてくれたの。 日本でレイを教えてることを インスタ見せたら目をキラキラさせて 興味もっていろいろ質問してくれて♡ 私のぐちゃぐちゃ英語でインスタ交換させてもらいカウアイ到着🛬 タミーちゃん、お迎えに来てくれました。 私達が出会った時に一緒に作ったプアケニケニ。 スペシャルなゴールデンプアケニケニのレイをオーダーしてくれて、かけてもらったのですが、、 (ミド先生、、 そのスペシャルなレイを隣の席のマダムが通りかかったので、プレゼントしたくなり 思わずかけてあげちゃった🙏) せっかくのオーダーレイだったのにごめんね。 でもそのマダムに花達も惹かれてたんだと思う。 きっといつか、そのレイが何かを繋いでくれたら奇跡だなぁ💛 カウアイ行きはいつも何かある😇 始まりのはじまり🏝️ (過去に ・乗り換えの飛行機に置いてかれた ・買ったばかりのiPhone島に着いて初日に壊れた😱 ・通されたホテルの部屋、絶対👻いるよね ・バス停分からず出掛けていき帰れなくなって迷子事件w) #カウアイ島#女ひとり旅 #gardenisland
