The designer #hayleyelsaesser has worked with the world's largest brands such as Nike, Google, Microsoft, Xbox, Barbie, L’Oréal and Coors to name a few. In 2018 Hayley worked with Microsoft to make the first Mixed Reality fashion presentation. The developer #synsation_ is the exceptional living story of a baker-turned Software Engineer at Microsoft! Her goal with this project is to teach others about the behind-the-scenes of how NFT collections are made, as well as educate the new arrivals to the NFT space! The founder #leshaaay is a serial entrepreneur whose love for NFTs brought her to form this all-female powerhouse with the goal of bringing inclusivity and diversity to this male-dominated community where women only make up 16%. They built their team and project to represent the women in the NFT space, as well as empower and encourage them to join the community. To help accomplish their goal they will be donating 5% of secondary sales revenue to women's charities and causes every month! They currently have an AR app and a VR hangout for their members and have plans already in motion to establish plots of land in the metaverse, as part of their project's many utilities -

Sensitive and emotional. . I've always been told I was overly sensitive and emotional. It's true, I am. . I feel everything deeply. My empathy rules my life. My face gives me away before words do. .
