2021 ended on a special note: one of my forest paintings was sold to a special woman I met at work more than 2 decades ago. Amazing how people's paths cross. Extended Share; She came to visit it after watching me begin painting it on Facebook-Live. ~ My heart was racing when her husband picked it up for her as a Christmas present. ~ I was surprised at how emotional I was after spending a final day adding final touches to it outside and inside. ~ This is what she texted the next day: "Oh... Sweet indeed. Seeing your creations spreading their wings and leaving your protective and loving eyes. Don't worry, I will take good care of it. And it will be loved too. And your love and energy slowly spreading all over the world. I am the first of many, remember? The floodgates are opening for your gift to go all over the world. It is not "yours" anyway. It comes through you, but it is life's expression of love and energy in art format. May it spread and multiply❤️ Don't turn off the lights. Open the doors wide, let it go!
