Floral crown and a long saram made with white carnation spray for a beautiful bride. Did a sample for customer to ensure we were on the right track! There were challenges as carnation sprays usually comes as buds. White flowers are hard to get. Thankful to @vani_sel for driving to the wholesaler to get the bunches. Had to condition them so that they can strung together well. Also had to place the flowers in a cool place to avoid browning. Despite the challenges, customer was elated with the product! This is me last year teaching a group of future Pilates Instructors. If you have told Me 10 years ago that I would be teaching the apprentice teachers I would have had a big laugh. When I started my Pilates career I was afraid of speaking, teaching and moving in front of anyone. I was always felling judged because of my English, my short vocabulary, my lack of expertise with the Pilates exercises. Did I stop doing what I was doing? No I fought my fears. I woke up every morning determined to do my best while teaching. Did it work? Ohh YES ! Today I am a Business owner with a fully booked Pilates studio. I LOVE teaching and I can cue all the exercises with easy, I know my Pilates moves inside out ;) and I am a Mentor who helps teachers get better not only an their exercises but also with their pilates business careers. Little actions every day is what takes you where you want to BE !!! Forget about massive days of work 😓😣😢 they just get you exhausted - burn out and not inspired about what if yet to come ! Instead take little actions everyday and rely on the compound effect !!! Here is where I have seen magic work … Be clear on what you want and then enjoy a journey of happily doing and taking little steps everyday. If you have been wondering where I have been? I have been away from social media for a while now ... I was busy with these beautiful people. I needed to be present for them and somehow I felt I wasn't here enough even though I work from home and sleep in the same house 🙂 🧑🎓Leo is travelling through year 12 and ALL those hard decisions about what to do next are keeping him busy so I decided to be his supporting crew and making sure, he eats, sleeps and keep it calm. 🧠Agustin is going through those terrible 14 !! (They are worst than terrible 2's) for those with small children. 💋Ana is becoming a young lady and is not my baby girl anymore 😅😍, so here we are talking all about hormones, women body shape and teaching her how to take care of herself and become a beautiful and kind human being. Elias and Archie are part of the team and they take care of Me 🥰 I am telling you this because life is not easy or perfect, and it is OK sometimes to stop and revise everything that is happening in your life, check if they are along with your values and if they are NOT then take some actions. I am very grateful for my Pilates Business .... this is the only thing that I feel was working great 🥳🏆🤸♀️ and kept me going through all the new changes. It is never too late to make adjustments if you need to !!!
