Deadlifts were not there today, so I didn’t force it. But the work load and intensity remained the same. Failed at 600, so I dropped to 405, 315, 225 and went to failure on them all in a row to still make it a great day! Also shown are what I consider to be a lost exercise for a lot of lifters no matter the goal which are 45 degree hypers! Great for developing the erectors, glutes and hamstrings.
