MEET THE QUEEN 👑 Efa-Hâf Pritchard Junior Miss Galaxy UK @ukgalaxypageants @efapageantpage Why did you apply for Galaxy? I applied for the Galaxy system as soon as I was old enough to enter. I knew from the first moment I went to a Galaxy finals that I wanted to be a Galaxy girl, inspired by so many previous Galaxy Juniors such as May, Ellie and Sasha. To me they all were so inspiring and regal and of course the awesome energy at Galaxy! What is your platform? My platform is Fearless Females, where I bring my Martial Arts side into pageantry, as I believe every girl should feel confident and safe. I promote self defence, Anti Bullying and fear breaking classes. i am also a patron to the Charity Keep the Beats, which is to install defibrillators in North Wales communities. And of course I fundraise for Galaxy’s chosen charity, The Christie Charity which I have enjoyed getting to learn about. Winning Junior Galaxy UK was a dream come true and. Can’t believe I now get to represent the Uk in sunny Florida!! We go at the last week of August, an amazing way to end my Summer holidays before I start year 10 of School. How did you prepare? Preparing for finals was fun, Continwear, completing appearances and fundraising. I am lucky enough to have sponsorship from Caroline Tooby on my stage walk, so we had a few sessions there and I was also sponsored by Sparkles and Rhinestones on my interview, which was conveniently done over video link, and also had training with Previous Galaxy International Queen Beth Parr. I believe preparation is key, get to know the system, and how to be a good Queen, from an amazing set of finalist who all could of done this, I’m lucky the judges believed in me.
